3. Payment and Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless specified in writing and services do not begin until full payment has been received. Prices and payment terms are subject to change. That said, we've never had a single refund request and our track record is impeccable.

4. Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. By using third-party payment processors, you agree to their terms.

5. No-Show Fees: For services, we charge a non-optional, non-refundable $25.00 fee for not arriving to a virtual appointment with us, without at least 24 hours' notice.

6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site or services at any time, for any reason, without notice. We will absolutely exercise this clause for any abuse of our team members.

7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.

8. Limitations of Services: Our resume writing services are tailored to individual clients. Our digital products are not tailored, rather crafted for the common good. We do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes.

9. Content Ownership & Confidentiality: For finalized services, associated documents belong to the client. However, the Company retains the right to use non-identifiable examples of work for marketing purposes. We will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Rush Fee: If you need your resume to cut in line and be done asap, our rush fee is only $99 and our promise is to deliver 48 business hours after you've confirmed the time and date of your intake call. Digital products are delivered immediately or in the timeframe promised on the checkout or sales page.
